31st August 2016

Dance can provide a relaxed and sociable environment for people with Parkinson’s to exercise both body and mind. Join us to develop your flexibility and instil confidence while assisting movement and balance. Major international studies show marked improvement in all aspects of movement in those who attend dance sessions.

A new Dance for Parkinson’s course has been set up by Three Rivers’ leisure team. The course will run every Thursday between 12.30pm – 1.30pm at William Penn Leisure Centre from 8 September. Each session costs just £3 and there is no need to book you can turn up and pay on the day. Please contact us for more information 01923 776611.
