The visitor centre is open from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and is located at Three Rivers House, Northway, Rickmansworth, Herts WD3 1RL.

During working hours (8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday, and 8:30am to 5pm on Friday - excluding Bank Holidays), you will be connected to our Customer Services Centre. Outside of these hours, your call will be automatically transferred to our out-of-hours service, which is provided by Hertfordshire Constabulary, who can provide assistance or advice with emergency situations only.
