Local COVID alert levels: what you need to know

Three Rivers has seen a rise in Coronavirus cases recently. Please watch this video from the Leader of the Council on ways we can help keep our community safe and the steps the Council is taking to support our residents.

Test and Trace Support Payments

You can now apply on-line for a Test and Trace Support Payment (standard scheme)

If you are told to self-isolate on or after 28 September 2020 but before our scheme is place you will be able to make a backdated claim for payment.

Face coverings mandatory in shops, supermarkets, shopping centres and enclosed transport hubs from Friday 24 July 2020 - see Government guidance

If you need support for food, essential supplies, walking a dog, or just need someone to talk to on a regular basis because you are on your own, register on the Council’s request support form.

Under new legislation issued in response to Covid-19, certain businesses should be closed and others are subject to social distancing rules. To log a complaint about how a business is operating or that it is open please complete the form. If your complaint relates to individuals gathering or relates to non-business premises and venues you are advised to contact Hertfordshire Constabulary by calling 101.

Beware Fraudsters using bogus NHS contact-tracing app in phishing scam - a bogus version of the UK contact-tracing app is being used. A text message is sent to try to fool people into believing they have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for coronavirus, directing them to a website that asks for their personal details - please do not give out any personal details.

Three Rivers byelaws for Parks and Open Spaces will come into force on the 4th November 2020. Click here for further information
