Salary: £28,215- £31,613 (inc of Local Weighting)
Contract: 6 month Fixed Term or Secondment
Hours: 36 per week
Location: Watford Borough Council, Town Hall Watford with some travel to Three Rivers District Council.

What we are looking for:-
We are looking for an experienced Recovery Officer to join our committed and fast moving Revenues team.
You will deal with all aspects of the recovery of Council Tax, Business Rates, Housing Benefits Overpayment & Sundry Debts. This will include representing the authority in court, dealing and responding to enquires received by the recovery team in person, by telephone, through email or correspondence and update accounts where appropriate quickly and accurately, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service, balancing this with a need to maximise collection.
