Strength and balance

Designed for individuals wanting to improve their strength and balance while learning new exercises to maintain independence.

Exercise at your own pace in a positive environment and meet other people in your local community.

This class is suitable for those who haven't exercise before or may have experienced a decline in their physical health.

Classes are one hour long and feature a mixture of seated and standing exercises. Please bring some water with you and wear suitable shoes and clothing.
