Free exercise class for people living with Parkinson's
Are you or do you know someone living with Parkinson’s?
Run in partnership with Bounce Back Fitness this class is designed to address common symptoms and side effects including mobility, balance, fatigue and muscle weakness as well as aiming to improve your overall strength and fitness.
Sessions will include some social Table Tennis which has also been found to be very beneficial for people with Parkinson’s since it improves hand-eye coordination and stimulates mental alertness and concentration.
