Beginners Running
Our beginner's running course focuses on building stamina, improving technique, and preventing injury.
Under the guidance of a trained instructor and in a friendly group environment, you’ll start with short, manageable sessions, such as 20-30 minutes of alternating between walking and running.
Gradually increasing your running intervals while maintaining good form. All sessions incorporate a proper warm-up and cool-down routine, including stretches to enhance flexibility.
