South Oxhey developers submit planning application
13th January 2016
A hybrid planning application has been submitted by Countryside Properties for the redevelopment of South Oxhey. This is a mixed use scheme with a total of 514 residential homes as well as a mixed use centre with associated infrastructure works, car parking and landscaping.
Up to 458 residential homes and commercial development including a retail foodstore of up to 1,714 square metres are proposed at the town centre site (South Oxhey Central), as well as residential development on three 'satellite sites' at Maylands Road (existing public open space), Hayling Road (the former Jet Public House) and Hallowes Crescent (the former services club). Some elements of the application are in outline, with only access to be determined at this stage, and some in detail.
Details of the application can viewed using the Council's Planning Online service here... Enter reference number 16/0005/FUL, click 'search' then go to the 'documents' tab to view the submitted plans and documents.
