South Oxhey Initiative

The South Oxhey Initiative is a £150 million mixed use regeneration project being promoted by Three Rivers District Council in partnership with developers, Countryside Properties Ltd and Home Group.

The 514 new homes will provide a mix of private sale and affordable housing, ranging from one, two and three bedroom apartments to four bedroom family houses. The plans include a new vibrant retail space with a supermarket and other complementary retail units providing good shopping choices. High quality public spaces will be incorporated into the development, with improved access to Carpenders Park station and an attractive market square which can be used for community events

This exciting collaboration will benefit local residents and the wider community including employment and training opportunities.
