The Council is currently conducting a residents survey with a sample of residents from across the district. The survey asks residents for their views on life and services in Three Rivers.

Overview

The council has asked an independent social research company to carry out a survey with residents of Three Rivers. The company is called Opinion Research Services (ORS) and they will be using Telephone interviews to carry out this work. It is important to Three Rivers Council that a fair sample of the Three Rivers population is represented. To ensure that this happens, ORS use a randomly selected sample of addresses and landlines provided from the telephone exchanges, as well as purchasing lists from other available sources. Three Rivers Council has not provided any customer contact details for this research. The random sample is set to include a certain amount of people based on the following: age, gender, working status, and ethnicity to ensure that a representative  sample of Three Rivers' population is achieved.
