Three Rivers Food Banks

Foodbanks give three days of emergency food to local people in crisis and enable communities to help each other. In Three Rivers we have the Rickmansworth Foodbank and Watford Foodbank.

Rickmansworth Foodbank

The Rickmansworth Foodbank is run by the Mill End Community Trust.

It operates at various locations and times across Three Rivers:

  • Mill End Methodist Church, 2.00pm – 4.00pm Tuesday & 1.00pm – 3.00pm Friday
  • Baptist Church, Baldwins Lane, Croxley Green 1.00pm – 3.00pm Monday - Friday
  • St Lawrence Church Office, Abbots Langley 9.30am-12.30pm Monday - Friday
  • The foodbank based in CAB offices will be closing

Watford Foodbank

The Watford Foodbank operates in various locations including South Oxhey.

Donations are welcomed. Please drop off any items to the foodbank during its opening times.

Foodbank donations

Local foodbanks have seen an increase in demand for support with households who are having to self-isolate. They have requested support from the local community in terms of donations of the following items:

  • Long life milk
  • Powdered milk for babies
  • Any non-perishable food
  • Size 3, 4 or 5 nappies
  • Baby wipes
  • Washing up liquid
  • Washing powder

Donations can be made at:

Monday – Friday 6am – Midnight, Saturday 6am-10pm, Sunday 11am-5pm
