Support for Children and Young People
- DSPL9 brings parents, education staff and local authority officers together to meet the needs of young people with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND). For more information you can call on 0300 123 4040
- Herts Young Homeless Focusses on preventing homelessness and empowering young people. They supports 16-24 year olds to identify their housing options, support in education and family mediation. For more information you can call on 03333 202 384.

- Childline is a private and confidential service for young people under 19 to speak to a counsellor about anything at any time, either on the phone, through email or online chat. For support call on 0800 1111
- Change Grow Live (CGL) is a holistic service for children, young people, families and adults to address problems relating to drug and alcohol use. Services for Adults
- Herts Mind Network provide a range of support for adults with mental ill health, from peer support to courses. For more information you can call on 020 3727 3600.
- Three Rivers Community Support Service (CSS) provides individually tailored holistic support to Three Rivers residents over 18 who are experiencing mental ill health or poor wellbeing. For more information you can call on 01923 727356 or email css@hertfordshiremind.org.
- Samaritans is a unique charity dedicated to reducing feelings of isolation and disconnection that can lead to suicide. They provide support for people experiencing suicidal thoughts. For support 24 hours a day call on 116123 or email jo@samaritans.org

- The Living Room provides peer support group therapy to residents suffering with an addiction, in addition to specific projects focussed on relationships and eating disorders and support for family and carers. - Turning point supports people suffering from addition, mental ill health and learning difficulties. They offer a range of services dependent on need to support people in managing their health.
