Recycling and Waste
Three Rivers residents currently recycle 63.1% of their waste, giving us the third highest recycling rate in England. Thank you to all of those who continue to recycle.
Collections
Kerbside collections
- Black bin with green lid bin - Recycling Collected weekly
- Silver pod - Food Collected weekly.
- Brown bin - Garden Collected every two weeks (optional, chargeable service)
- Green bin - Non-recyclables and inorganics Collected every two weeks
Flat collections
- Communal bin with recycling sticker - Recycling
- Communal bin with no recycling sticker - Non-recyclables and inorganics
- Brown bin - Food (A food bin may not be available for all flats)
