Home Truths Education Project

Home Truths is an educational project run by charity Herts Young Homeless.

The aim is to prepare young people for the realities of leaving home and living independently, and to inform them about the options, support and advice available.

Home Truths offers lessons, group workshops and assemblies to suit your students needs. The service strives to provide peer education whenever possible by supporting young people, who have previously experienced homelessness, to 'tell their story' as part of the session.

Home Truths has previously worked with: secondary schools, primary schools, youth groups, colleges, E2E providers, church youth groups, The Prince's Trust and many more.
