Three Rivers District in South West Hertfordshire straddles the north west corner of the M25 on the edge of Greater London. The district is a mixture of beautiful countryside, villages and small towns. The area has a diverse range of sectors and businesses and is a centre for the film industry with Warner Brothers at Leavesden forming part of a studio cluster along with Elstree and Pinewood is a short drive away.

The Role:
This role sits within the Housing Services team and involves the running and administration of the Council’s private rented sector scheme to aid in the prevention of homelessness and discharging the Council’s statutory homelessness duties. The role also involves sourcing properties in the private rented sector to join the Council's private rental scheme and will look to establish a network of private landlords to increase the supply of homes available for customers of the Council's Housing Options service.

What we are looking for:-
We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and driven individual with highly effective communication skills, the ability to adapt to changing priorities and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will be have experience as a Lettings/Property Manager or similar role, however this is not essential. The candidate must be able to communicate effectively, negotiate comfortably and have the ability to deal sensitively with members of the public.

What we offer:-
£30,151 - £32,020 excluding London Weighting allowance.
