The Role: Principal Lawyer (Property and Contracts). This role will afford the successful candidate the opportunity to work flexibly and/or remotely.
The Post holder will be required to be the Principal Lawyer responsible for day to day Conveyancing work and all complex work relating to Property matters. They will also be responsible for providing all aspects of legal advice on Contracts and to act as Deputy Monitoring as and when required.
What we are looking for:
You will be a qualified lawyer either Solicitor or Barrister or equivalent and eligible to practice in England & Wales.
You will have at least 5 years PQE experience in the area of Contracts & Property and ideally at a Senior Level.
Previous experience of working in local government would be desirable but not essential.
Experience of acting as a Deputy Monitoring would be an advantage
