Three Rivers District in South West Hertfordshire straddles the north west corner of the M25 on the edge of Greater London. The Role: Principal Lawyer (Litigation and Licencing). This role will afford the successful candidate the opportunity to work flexibly and/or remotely.

The Post holder will be the Principal Lawyer for Litigation and Licensing. This involves undertaking all Civil and Criminal litigation work, from advice to attendance at Court and to act as sole Legal Adviser to the Licensing Authority on all Licensing matters.

What we are looking for:
A highly motivated lawyer eligible to practice in England & Wales
5 Years PQE in Litigation & Licensing
Local Authority experience is desirable.
