Within Three Rivers there are large areas of public open space including parks, woodlands, country parks, local nature reserves, play areas, skate parks, outside gyms, outdoor sports, commons and heathland. The Council also organise various outdoor activities at parks and open spaces across Three Rivers.

As part of our management role, we want to make sure that we are meeting the needs of our residents. The Countryside Management Service also works with communities in Hertfordshire to help them care for and enjoy the environment, providing land management advice, environmental conservation & walking opportunities in Hertfordshire.
