Covid-19: NHS parking pass scheme

NHS parking passes, issued by the government via NHS Trusts, entitle free parking for those on duty as an NHS staff member, health or social care worker, or NHS Volunteer Responder. This is to enable them to access parking in local authority-owned off-street car parks and on-street bays during the Covid-19 emergency response period.

Permits were withdrawn by the government as of 21 June 2021, but Three Rivers District Council has extended the period that permits will be valid until 19 July 2021 in order to assist NHS workers during the easing of restrictions. This will be reviewed again prior to 19 July 2021.
