Healthy Hub Coordinator

About Three Rivers District Council Three Rivers District in South West Hertfordshire straddles the north west corner of the M25 on the edge of Greater London. The district is a mixture of beautiful countryside, villages and small towns. The area has a diverse range of sectors and businesses and is a centre for the film industry with Warner Brothers at Leavesden forming part of a studio cluster along with Elstree and Pinewood is a short drive away.

The Role:
The Healthy Hub Coordinator will provide project support to coordinate, develop and implement the Three Rivers Healthy Hub. Through partnership working you will develop service offers including signposting and referring clients to support services and organising Healthy Hub core services to meet resident needs in improving their health and wellbeing.

What we are looking for:-
We are looking for someone with energy and enthusiasm to play a key role within the Community Partnerships Team in developing, implementing and being the face of the Three Rivers Healthy Hub. You will have experience and a genuine interest in partnership working to develop service offers that meet resident needs in improving their health and wellbeing. You will be comfortable and thrive in working in an ever changing environment, carrying out face to face work, understanding the community need to meet the expectations, key deliverables and performance indicators of more than one key stakeholder. You will be required to work in South Oxhey, Mill End and Abbots Langley for at least one day a week each.

This is a 2 year fixed term, full time post.
