Greenspace Action Plans for Woodlands

New Greenspace Action Plan for Carpenters Wood

Three Rivers District Council are working with the Countryside Management Service to create a new Greenspace Action Plan (GAP) for Carpenters Wood in Chorleywood. The GAP sets out the management and maintenance of the woodland for a five year period.

As part of the second round of stakeholder engagement, we are now asking for feedback on a full draft of the GAP. You can download a copy of the plan here:

Following this engagement exercise, the GAP will be amended as required to take account of the feedback received, before it is formally adopted by TRDC and actions to deliver the plan.

The engagement exercise will run from Monday 14 August to Monday 11 September.  We welcome any and all comments. You can let us know what you think of the draft plan by emailing your comments to
