Great Big Green Week

 

Join us to make history as part of the biggest climate event the UK, taking place between 24th September -2nd October 

The Great Big Green Week campaign aims to draw attention to climate change, destruction of the natural world, while also making a connection with these issues and actions locally in Watford and Three Rivers.

Clothes Swap

Three Rivers, supported by Loved Up Re Loved and Sustainable Three Rivers, are holding a clothes swapping event at Rickmansworth Library on Sunday 25th September. No need to book and the event is FREE! 

- You can drop clothes to the library: Monday 19th, Tuesday 20th, Thursday 22nd 11am - 1pm, Friday 23rd 3.30 - 5.30pm, Sunday 25th 10am - 12pmThe clothes swap will take place between 1.30 and 3.30pm on Sunday 25th.

- Please bring clean, good quality clothes only, and no shoes or accessories.

- For each item given, a virtual token will be allocated, and during the swap you can take as many items as you have tokens.

- Stock will be rotated during the swap so there will be new stock brought out regularly.

Textiles Event at Watersmeet Theatre

Following the sucess of last years COP26 event, Three Rivers are hosting FREE textiles event at Watersmeet Theatre on Thursday 29th Septmeber and we would love to see you there! We will be looking at the issues surrounding textiles and hearing from experts in the idustry on what happens to our old clothes, and what can be done about it. Please book your place in advance through the Watersmeet Website.
