Three Rivers District in South West Hertfordshire straddles the North West corner of the M25 on the edge of Greater London. The area has a diverse range of sectors and businesses and is a centre for the film industry with Warner Brothers at Leavesden forming part of a studio cluster along with Elstree and Pinewood is a short drive away.

The Department:
The Shared Finance Service provides support to both Watford and Three Rivers Councils across a diverse range of activities include Budget Management, Treasury Management and Technical Accounting
The Role:
The Finance Officer works within a small team providing transactional and administrative support for the following activities:
• Creditor Payments
• Finance System admin support
• Banking Cash and Income Control
• Treasury Management
• Insurance
• Reconciliations and Final Accounts
Finance Officers report the Systems Finance Manager, but may also be required to provide assistance directly to Finance Business Partners and Technical Accountants to meet prevailing business priorities.

Include Salary range £30,088 - £33,712 per annum including London Weighting.
