The Role:-
We have an exciting opportunity for an apprentice to join us to provide general support to staff within the Finance Shared Services function. You will be the first point of contact for queries received into the department by phone, email and on occasions members of the public. You will work alongside the Finance team learning and developing skills to assist with the input and amendment of financial and other data to finance systems. Creating and updating Excel spread sheets, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy at all times.

Alongside your day to day duties, you will also be sponsored to complete your Level 2 and 3 AAT qualification as part of this apprenticeship. The AAT qualification will develop your skills in finance administration, exploring basic costing principles, double entry bookkeeping and purchase, sales and general ledgers. This accountancy qualification provides you with the knowledge you need to progress on to further accountancy qualifications. Provisional start date for this role will be August/September 2021.
