Facilities and contract officer

Salary: £24,723 to £26,320 (inc of local weighting)

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37 per week

Closing date: 28 October 2018

We are looking for an enthusiastic, versatile and positive team player able to support the Facilities Manager and Major Projects team with daily duties, monitor contracts, ensure compliance, and assist with procurement of hard and soft services.

You must be able to prioritise workloads use your own initiative, be confident in dealing with Council staff at all levels, and able to work to own and to departmental deadlines.
