Location :- Revenues and Benefits are a Shared Services department – staff can work from both Three Rivers House in Rickmansworth and the Town Hall at Watford with most hours at the moment being worked from home.

What we are looking for:-

We are looking for an enthusiastic Document Processing Officer to join our committed and fast moving Revenues/Benefits Team.

You will deal with all aspects of Document Processing within a small team that covers work for the Revenues and Benefits department. You will process new direct debits, amendments and deal with direct debit queries. Open and scan incoming post, index documents into a document processing system and distribute emails to the relevant teams. You will deal with self service queries, transmit BACS files and run various reports for the department.
