The Police are publicising the Silent Solution Scheme (5 5 telephone option) and web chat system.
Herts Domestic Abuse Helpline
HDAH have a confidential email service: Kim@mailpurple.org, alongside the helpline 08 088 088 088.
The sender's details are disguised by their systems so that their contact remains anonymous. They undertake to respond within 3 working days.
Herts Mind Network Domestic Abuse Service
Mind, working in collaboration with Three Rivers District Council, are providing direct email and mobile numbers for support:

Refuge
Refuge are running the Hertfordshire IDVA service as usual. All referrals are received through the email: hertsIDVA@refuge.org.uk
This email can also be used for clients to contact them directly at a time which is safe and convenient to them.
Our duty number is running Monday-Friday 9-5, 0300 790 6772
The National helpline provided by Refuge is 24hrs and can be contacted
on 0808 2000 247. Alternatively advice and support can be sought through the website.

Safer Places and SAHWR
SAHWR are offering a no phone call option. In the first instance a client can email info@sahwr.org.uk for support. This is available Mon-Fri 9.00am – 5.00pm
Safer Places live chat service enables anyone experiencing abuse to chat directly with a member of the Safer Places team. To access the live chat, click here or call: 03301 025 811. During the day, this service is available: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm. A night service is provided from 8pm to 8am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
