Three Rivers District in South West Hertfordshire straddles the north west corner of the M25 on the edge of Greater London. Our Customer Service Centre (CSC) has a vacancy for a new enthusiastic team member who has the commitment, drive and passion for customer care, to join us and work alongside the other team members.

The role involves providing excellent customer service, through responding to a wide range of enquiries, to all our customers who contact us either through our digital communication platforms, emails, telephone or face-to-face in our Visitor Centre.

You should have a flair for giving excellent customer service and to be able to demonstrate a high standard of communication including written, verbal, and IT ability. All training for this position is delivered in-house which ensures you have the support and knowledge to deliver the service.

A flexible approach is required to cover shifts across our opening times of 8.30am–5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am -5.00pm Friday.

We invest in our staff and operate an academy approach, which means that when vacancies arise in other council departments our CSC staff will have gained knowledge and experience in those services to confidently apply for those roles.

£25,878 to £27,344 per annum.
