What we are looking for: We are looking for dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic customer service professionals who are forward thinking, innovative and wanting to make a difference to the Three Rivers customer experience, to join our busy customer services team based in Rickmansworth. Excellent communication, numerical and IT skills are essential, together with a proven ability to deliver a high standard of customer service. You will need to have a strong aptitude for admin work in supporting the various departments within the Council as well as the ability to deal effectively with people from a range of backgrounds via all communication channels. A flexible approach to work shifts across the opening hours of 8.30am–5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 5.00pm Friday is required. What we offer:-

Salary: £23,953 per annum
We invest in our staff and operate an academy approach, which means that when vacancies arise in other council departments our CSC staff will have gained knowledge and experience in those services to confidently apply for those roles.
