What we are looking for:-
What we are looking for: We are looking for dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic customer service professionals who are forward thinking, innovative and wanting to make a difference to the Three Rivers customer experience, to join our busy customer services team based in Rickmansworth. Excellent communication, numerical and IT skills are essential, together with a proven ability to deliver a high standard of customer service. You will need to have a strong aptitude for admin work in supporting the various departments within the Council as well as the ability to deal effectively with people from a range of backgrounds via all communication channels. A flexible approach to work shifts across the opening hours of 8.30am–5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30am - 5.00pm Friday is required. Salary: £23,953 per annum
