We aim to give a full response to your enquiry within 10 working days.

You can make payments, applications, requests and report faults through a single sign-on portal/account for all council services at my.threerivers.gov.uk

The Call Centre  is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 5pm on Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be contacted on 01923 776611 (calls may be recorded and monitored).

Our phone lines are particularly busy on Mondays and Tuesdays, and between 10am-2pm so if you call during these times you may experience longer wait times.

If you need to contact the council in an emergency the telephone number is 01923 776611.

During working hours (8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm on Friday - excluding Bank Holidays) you will be connected to our Customer Services Centre. Outside of these hours your call will be automatically transferred to the council’s out of hours service, which is provided by Hertfordshire Constabulary, who can provide assistance or advice with emergency situations only.
