The YC Hertfordshire mentoring scheme is open to local employed people and is designed to support students across Years 8, 9 and 10 who are at risk of disengaging or underachieving in their studies. Youth Connexions Hertfordshire, part of Hertfordshire County Council, provides youth work, information, advice, guidance and support for young people aged 13 and 19 (up to 25 for young people with learning disabilities).
