THE THREE RIVERS DISTRICT COUNCIL (ON-STREET PARKING PLACES, LOADING PLACES AND WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (NO.2) ORDER 2025
(HIGH ELMS LANE, GARSTON) (VARIATION) ORDER NO.X 2026

NOTICE is given that Three Rivers District Council, pursuant to arrangements made with Hertfordshire County Council, proposes to make the above Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order is to:

  • Introduce Limited Waiting restrictions (Mon-Fri, 8am-9:30am, 2:30pm-4:30pm, Term Time Only, 10 minutes Max Stay, No Return within 10 minutes)
  • Introduce No Waiting at Any Time restrictions
  • Introduce No Stopping at Any Time restrictions
  • Revoke No Waiting at Any Time restrictions
  • Revoke Limited Waiting restrictions (Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm, 2 Hours Max Stay, No Return within 2 Hours)
  • Introduce a definition for “term time”
