Help keep our beautiful countryside beautiful and get involved in community litter picks.

How to get involved

PLEASE NOTE THAT NO EQUIPMENT IS BEING LOANED OUT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

If you would like to borrow litter picking equipment (sticks, gloves, bags, and high-vis vests), please contact us at enquiries@threerivers.gov.uk.

We encourage people to lead their own litter picks throughout the year, to help keep our community clean. You can borrow all the equipment (litter picks, gloves, bags, and high-vis vests) you need from us, for FREE, and we will collect the litter after.

Please note that the Great British Spring Clean 2020 litter picks have been rescheduled to take place from 11-27 September 2020.

Three Rivers District Council supports the Great British Spring Clean 2020 - a national litter picking campaign by Keep Britain Tidy.

"The Great British Spring Clean is about demonstrating that you love where you live – whether that’s by pledging to pick while you’re walking the dog or taking the kids to school, hosting a clean-up or joining someone else’s clean-up.

Last year, more than 560,000 people took part and this year we are aiming to get 600,000 #LitterHeroes out there."
