Sarratt Neighbourhood Plan

The Sarratt Neighbourhood Plan (Referendum Version) (PDF, 81 MB) was approved in December 2025 following a residential referendum. It sets out the planning policies we use to assess planning applications in the Sarratt Neighbourhood Area.

In accordance with The Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012, the district council’s decision of 8 September 2025 and Full Council’s resolution of the 9 December 2025, the Sarratt Neighbourhood Plan is ‘made’ and now forms part of the Development Plan for Three Rivers District Council.
