Many of us support the people in our lives in different ways, from helping with shopping or housework to providing full-time care. Every caring role is unique, and it isn’t always easy to know where to turn for advice, information or support.

We're inviting you to send in your questions for our upcoming podcast featuring carers and care specialists.

Whether you want advice on coping, have questions about who carers are, or would like to know what support is available, we'd love to hear from you.
