Top marks from audit report

Three Rivers District Council Housing Options Team have been assessed by Herts County Council’s Audit department. Part of the process involved discussion with managers but also included reviewing some sample applications.

Audit did not make any recommendations for service improvements and gave “full assurance that there is a sound system of control designed to achieve the system objectives and manage the risks to achieving those objectives”.

Three Rivers’ lead member for housing, planning and transport, Cllr Martin Trevett, said:  “This is splendid news for our housing team and highlights the great work that they do. Three Rivers residents can feel assured that if they need housing advice they will receive a high quality service from our housing team”.
