Views are being sought over a proposed scheme designed to improve parking for residents across the district.

Three Rivers District Council is investigating parking problems at sites that have been prioritised following public requests in Leavesden, Moor Park, Bedmond, Abbots Langley and South Oxhey.

It is hoped the scheme would improve the local environment for everyone, including for people who do not drive but who are affected by parking, for example where it obstructs footways or blocks sightlines making it harder to cross the road.

Residents’ views are also being sought over parking proposals in Sandy Lodge Way, Northwood and the Harefield Road area of Rickmansworth.

Comments are invited from the public as well as from local residents and businesses in the roads that would be affected by the proposals, by the 30 March 2022.
