Three Rivers District Council is moving further into the digital age to improve efficiencies and will no longer take payments at the Council office for items for which you have a bill or an invoice.

To ensure we continue to support vulnerable residents that may not have access/ability to the internet, you will still be able to make payments over the phone and our Customer Service Centre team will be able assist you with any queries.

All transactions with the Council will now be paid using the following payment options:-

Direct Debit

This is the quickest and easiest way to pay your council tax, business rates or  garage rent.
You can set up your direct debit online https://my.threerivers.gov.uk/
