HS2 February Updates

– HS2 enabling work - Connect Plus and Connect Plus Services work on behalf of Highways England to manage, operate and maintain the M25 motorway network. Jackson Civil Engineering will be carrying out works on behalf of High Speed Two Ltd (HS2).This work will include vegetation clearance either side of the M25 carriageway, between Hornhill Road and Shire Lane, and Hornhill Road and Chalfont Lane. This work forms part of the site investigation works for the High Speed Two rail project. Works to build the compound will start on Monday 6 February 2017 and the compound will remain in use until August 2018.

– temporary works compound - Connect Plus and Connect Plus Services work on behalf of Highways England to manage, operate and maintain the M25 motorway network. Jackson Civil Engineering will be constructing a temporary works compound which will be located adjacent to Coldharbour Farm Cottages, in the area previously occupied by contractors during the widening of the M25. Works to build the compound will start on Monday 6 February 2017 and the compound will remain in use until August 2018.
