Residents have an opportunity to shape the future of council services across Three Rivers district as a major survey of local opinion is launched.

Three Rivers District Council launched its residents’ survey  on 1 April – and the results will help the council make informed decisions over the future of services.

The annual residents’ survey gives people the opportunity to have their say on the services they receive from their district council. Views are being sought from all residents aged 16 and over and the survey will close in March 2023.

Rebecca Young, Head of Community Partnerships, said: “The council and its partners want to know how you feel about your local area and how well you think the council delivers services. In the past these surveys have led to real and important changes – residents spoke and as a council we listened. This is again an opportunity for you to have your say, so if you feel strongly that you want to see a change, or to generally give feedback about something the council has done – positive or otherwise, then this is your chance. Don’t miss out – have your say today in the Three Rivers Residents' Survey.”

The full results of the survey will be known in April 2023. If you would like more information on the survey or would like to complete a paper copy of the survey contact jemma.duffell@threerivers.gov.uk or call 01923 727243.
