Have your say on Three Rivers Polling Stations
10th October 2019
As part of the consultation process, Three Rivers District Interim Chief Executive and (Acting) Returning Officer, David Hill, is keen to encourage individual electors as well as community groups and organisations to submit their views on the current polling arrangements.
The Council is asking residents for their views and comments about polling places, the buildings where people go to vote during an election.
David Hill said: “To assist us in ensuring that all our polling districts and polling stations are accessible, I want to encourage all our residents to make their views heard during this consultation period. Your feedback will enable us to ensure that our polling arrangements are as convenient as possible for any future elections or referendums.”
The review runs till Thursday 31 October 2019. You can view the details of the existing polling places and a list of polling stations, via www.threerivers.gov.uk/elections. The (Acting) Returning Officer will publish the results of the consultation.
Representations should be submitted in writing to:
Electoral Services, Three Rivers House, Northway, Rickmansworth, Herts WD3 1RL or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org by Thursday 31 October 2019.
Details of those representations made will be published on the Council’s website: www.threerivers.gov.uk/egcl-page/elections
