2. FOUR-YEAR FINANCIAL SETTLEMENT DEAL

That the Policy and Resources Committee recommend to Council to delegate to the Chief Executive and the Director of Finance, in consultation with the Leader of the Council, and the Lead Member for Resources and Shared Services the authority to make a decision on whether or not to accept the Government’s offer of a confirmed four-year settlement of funding before the deadline of 14 October 2016 (A1-A3).

Council is asked to make final decisions on the Community Governance arrangements for the unparished area (B1-B24).
