Following the announcement that the Croxley Rail Link has been awarded the necessary central government funding required for its construction, an Order has been submitted to the Secretary of State under the Transport and Works Act to secure the powers to construct, operate and maintain the link. 

The Order allows a period of six weeks for formal objections. This closes on Friday 17th February 2012. Representations and objections should not be made to this Council, but should be submitted in writing direct to the Secretary of State as follows:
