The government has announced that Monday 19 September 2022 will be a bank holiday.
The government has announced that Monday 19 September 2022 will be a bank holiday to mark the occasion of the state funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Three Rivers District Council will be observing this bank holiday.
- Both the Call Centre and Visitor Centre at Three Rivers House will be closed. Our out of hours service, which is provided by Hertfordshire Constabulary, can provide assistance or advice with emergency situations only
- Online self-service options will still be available via our website
- Bin collections will take place one day later than normal
- Local libraries and recycling centres will also be closed
