Health and wellbeing events

Throughout 2026 we will be hosting a range of health and wellbeing events

Three Rivers District Council will be arranging a range of health events this year in partnership with local organisations.

These will feature specialist speakers and support services and are designed to provide practical information and support for you to improve and protect your health and wellbeing.

These events will be free to attend, but booking is essential as spaces are limited.

Join us this June for a welcoming health event celebrating  and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. Hear from guest speakers from Impactful Lives who will talk about their mentoring programmes, and representatives of Herts Pride on the upcoming Pride and Thrive celebration. Connect with local organisations offering guidance, services, and resources to support the health and wellbeing of you and your loved ones.

Refreshments will be available.

The event will feature a talk from Carers in Hertfordshire about the different types of support available for those who care for people with support needs.

Local organisations in attendance to offer their advice and assistance include:

  • Three Rivers Healthy Hubs
