Free swimming for under 19s

Three Rivers residents aged 19 and under are able to swim for free at the specified times listed below at the following venues and times.

This offer is open to Three Rivers residents only and advance registration will be required.

Locations, dates and times

Free swim sessions in the Easter holidays will be on between Monday 30 March - Thursday 9 April 2026.

William Penn Leisure Centre
Wednesdays and Thursdays

South Oxhey Leisure Centre
Mondays and Tuesdays
13:00 - 14:00
14:00 - 15:00

Watford Leisure Centre, Woodside
30 March and 6 April:
Main pool: 10:30-11:30, 13:00-14:00, 14:00-15:00
Teaching pool: 14:00-15:00

1 April:
Main pool: 13:00-14:00, 14:00-15:00
Teaching pool: 14:00-15:00

8 April:
Main pool: 9:30-10:30, 12:45-13:45, 14:00-15:00
Teaching pool: 14:00-15:00

To take part in the scheme, you will need to visit your chosen leisure centre and register for a free 'Everyone Active card' which will then allow your access for free swim at the correct times.
