Clubspark FAQs and Troubleshooting (Denham Way and South Oxhey only)
I’ve made a booking, how do I access the courts?
Once you have booked a court, you will receive a booking confirmation email. The booking confirmation will include either a four or six-digit gate code which you can then enter on the keypad at the gate.
I have made a booking but not received my booking confirmation email?
If you do not receive the email you will need to check your junk folder of the email account provided when booking or log into your Clubspark account and check ‘Your bookings’ where you will see the details of the booking, alongside the gate access code.
The code I’ve been given doesn’t work?
If you find the code you were given does not open the gate, please follow this checklist
· Check the booking has been made for the correct time and date, you are at the correct court/gate and that the code you are entering matches your confirmation email for the booking
· Make sure the * key has been pressed at the start of the code
· Are you entering the pin within the allocated time frame? (no more than 10 minutes before a booking)
· If the above are correct but you still cannot gain access then please call 01923 776611 to gain the manual override code which should grant you access
What are the noises when I enter a code?
The lights and sounds on the keypad can indicate any errors with inputting the code and help with troubleshooting.
· Two quick beeps (with a blue light displayed) signals the code has been input correctly. The gate should open.
· A short tone (with a red light displayed) signals the code has been input incorrectly.
· A long tone (with a red light displayed) signals the code has been input incorrectly three times. The keypad has now been locked, and the user will have to wait one minute before trying again.
