E-billing (an electronic bill) is when you receive your original bill in a digital format. E-bills are quick, easy and environmentally friendly.

Why sign up for e-billing?

With e-biling, you can access your bill anytime in a safe and secure way.

You will be notified by email as soon as a new bill is available

You can change your e-billing preference at any time

How to sign up for e-billing

If you would like to sign up for e-billing you will need to log into your online council tax account. If you do not already have one you can register for one.

Once you are logged in, select the 'show details button' which will take you to your council tax summary page. 

Then follow the link to 'Paperless Billing Sign-Up'.

You can switch back to paper billing any time using the same method. Switching back to paper billing will only apply to future bills.

If you have not already done so, you can link your council tax account to your my.threerivers account, under 'My Accounts' for easy access.
