Linking your Council Tax account to my.threerivers

You can link your online Council Tax account with your my.threerivers account for easy access all in one place.

Please follow the step by step guide below to link your accounts:

1. Go to our my.threerivers login page: https://my.threerivers.gov.uk/ and log in to your self-service account

2. Click on 'My Accounts'

3. Choose 'Link your accounts or manage an account you have previously linked'

4. Click on 'My Accounts Dashboard'. This will open the Council Tax online page in a new tab

5. Click on 'Add Service' under 'Manage your subscribed services online'

6. Click on the service you want to link – in this case Council Tax - and click continue button

7. Enter your Council Tax reference number and click continue

8. You will then be asked security questions to verify your Council Tax account. 

Once successful, you will be able to see your Council Tax details

Now when you log-in to your My Three Rivers account, when you click on “Council Tax: Manage your Council Tax Account” it will automatically show your Council Tax account  OR you can follow the same route to the MyServices Dashboard and select the account.
