Three Rivers Community Safety Partnership launches the horse patrol project this week.

Three Rivers Community Safety Partnership launches the horse patrol project this week. Valley Farm Stables in Sarratt is the first to implement the project. The project involves volunteer horse riders to act as ‘eyes and ears’ in Three Rivers, looking out for anti-social behaviour and incidents while out riding.  Incidents of fly-tipping, graffiti, abandoned vehicles are some items that have been reported via the project that has been successful in other parts of the County.  The riders will report via email to Three Rivers District Council  enquiries@threerivers.gov.uk  The project is managed by Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue.
