A women and girls beginner squash session is starting in Rickmansworth this week.
Looking to pick up a racket but not sure where to start? Look no further! Whatever your age or experience, these sessions are a great introduction to squash and the chance to meet new people of the same ability. You will learn all the essential skills you need to get started from serving to scoring. What’s more, the sessions promise a great cardio workout whilst improving agility and co-ordination!

How to get started?
- Weekly coaching session starts every Thursday, 19 May from 5.30pm-6.30pm.
- Cost: £2 per session. Ages 16+
